Application Process

The application process consists of the following steps:

  1. Schedule home tour
  2. Submit rental application (below)
  3. Complete an online background check for every tenant over the age of 18 by clicking here.
  4. Sign lease and pay security deposit. (view sample lease)
  5. Move in and pay first month rent.

    How long do you want to lease the home?
    Provide name and age of every person who will live with you.
    Describe number and type of pets who will live with you. (may require security deposit increase from $1,500 to $2,500)
    Has any of the tenants ever been evicted?
    Has any of the tenants ever owned a home?
    Provide name and phone number for 2 prior landlords. (for reference check)
    Your occupation:
    Provide name and phone number of your employer. (for employment verification)
    Gross Monthly Income. (list for each source)
    List your monthly expenses:
    Describe your current credit score
    Do any of the tenants smoke?
    Will you be conducting any type of business in the home?
    Has any of the tenants ever been convicted of a crime?
    Provide name and phone number for 2 emergency contacts who will pay your rent in case you do not.
